Email is an official means of communication at Coker, and since we are a G Suite for Education school, you can access your campus email account directly through GMail!

Trying to schedule a meeting with a colleague? Want to reserve a conference room? Our campus is connected with Google Calendar, which offers an easy way to send meeting requests, book available campus spaces, and organize your schedule.

Our campus email digest is sent out daily, Monday – Friday, with one edition going to students and another to faculty/staff. See this page for information about when and how to submit your announcement to our campus community.

Google Drive provides a homebase for all files you create and share through the G Suite for Education, including Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Forms, etc.

This portal provides access to timesheets, benefits information, W2s, HR-related information and forms for new hires, benefits, campus services, etc.
